Shipping & Returns

We pack and ship within one business day. Most orders arrive in two to five business days depending on where you are. Orders placed after 2pm PT on a Friday go out the following Monday.

You'll get tracking by email the moment your order leaves us.

Plain, unbranded outer packaging. Nothing on the outside says what's inside. Everything is sealed, cushioned, and packed to survive the trip.

An adult 21 or older must be present to receive the delivery.

Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over the free-shipping threshold ship at no cost — you'll see it applied before you pay.

Because of what we sell and the rules we work under, we can't accept products back once they've left us. Every batch is lab tested before it ships, and certificates are posted on our Lab Results page so you know exactly what you're getting before you order.

Write to us at hello@hivebotanicals.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice. Reach out within seven days of delivery so we can trace the batch.

If tracking hasn't moved in five business days, tell us. We'll open a trace with the carrier and keep you posted. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll replace it at no cost.

We move fast, so reach us the same day if you need to cancel or change an order. Once it's packed and labeled we can't pull it back.
