Our hemp-derived products are produced from hemp grown and processed in accordance with the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018, which defines hemp as cannabis containing no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis. Every batch is tested by an independent accredited laboratory, and certificates of analysis are published on our Lab Results page.

Federal law governing hemp is scheduled to change on November 12, 2026 under Public Law 119-37, which revises the statutory definition of hemp to a total THC standard. We are monitoring this change and will adjust our catalog and these disclosures accordingly.

State law on hemp-derived products varies, and it changes often. It is your responsibility to know the law where you live. We maintain a current state-by-state list on our Shipping page and will not ship to states where we have determined we cannot do so lawfully.

Placing an order confirms that the products you are ordering are lawful at your delivery address.

Hemp-derived cannabinoid products can cause a positive result on a standard drug screen. Common panels do not distinguish hemp-derived cannabinoids from any other source. If you are subject to drug testing for employment, athletics, licensing, probation, or any other reason, do not use these products.

These products may cause impairment. Do not drive, operate machinery, or perform any activity requiring full attention after use. Keep all products sealed and out of reach of children and pets. Effects vary considerably between people — start low and allow time before increasing.

Every batch we sell is tested by an independent, accredited third-party laboratory for cannabinoid content, pesticides, heavy metals, residual solvents, and microbial contaminants. Batch numbers appear on every product label and correspond to a certificate published on our Lab Results page.

If you cannot locate the certificate for your batch, contact us and we will provide it.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, cannabinoid figures, and images are accurate. Natural products vary between batches; appearance, aroma, and cannabinoid content may differ from photographs and prior batches. Cannabinoid figures reflect the tested batch and are not a guarantee of any particular result.
